Appointment Fees

All counseling sessions are offered virtually only and last approximately 50 – 60 minutes. Every effort will be made to start on time. Standing appointments can be arranged.

The benefits of your private pay investment:

  • You are in Control – You have full control to search for and find the counselor who is best suited to help you with your specific needs or specialty. You decide the trajectory of your sessions, with the ability to choose when and how often you would like to meet. You also have access to the tools that allow for increased flexibility, such as scheduling virtual sessions and arranging check-ins. The focus is on you!
  • When you are a private pay client, you are in a safe space. You are guaranteed to have privacy and confidentiality. Private pay counselors do not repeat anything you share, any diagnosis that occurs, or any treatment you receive. This gives you peace of mind knowing that any progress that is made will not affect your monthly premium, which potentially could happen under an insurance-based counselor. A private pay counselor is less focused on labeling and solving your problems as quickly as possible, but instead focuses on your needs and the ways in which you need to grow and progress naturally.
  • Your private pay rate is reasonable and often times less than premiums over a period of time and less hassle then dealing with insurances refusing to approve continued support of your mental health care past your allotted five or six sessions.

Payments

Evolución Counseling is open to reduced rates with a credit card on file.

We can accommodate our private pay clients with a Superbill for your counseling sessions. You will be responsible for processing the claim with your insurance carrier and seeking reimbursement.

Evolución accepts most major credit cards. Please note that a $100 charge will applied to your credit card for cancelled/ missed appointment without 24 hour notice. Clients will be required to send an email to their counselor at Admin@evolucióncounseling.com to cancel, no exceptions.
